Is it date night? Need something tasty to fix that will guarantee you “get some”? Well, look no further!! This deliciously cheesy recipe is sure to deliver… *wink*

1/2 lb ziti
2 T butter
3 T flour
2/3 c cow boob juice
1 can stewed tomatoes (reserve 2/3 c juice)
10 oz Sharp cheddar (grated)
1/4 tsp dry mustard
Salt & pepper
Panko breadcrumbs (optional)

1. Pre-heat oven to 400 degrees.
2. Boil water and cook ziti for 10 minutes.
3. Meanwhile, make a roux. Melt butter over low/medium heat and whisk in the flour.
4. Slowly add in the milk, a little at a time – whisk constantly until thickened.
5. Add 2/3 cup of the juice saved from the stewed tomatoes and cook for 1 minute.
6. Whisk in salt, pepper and dry mustard.
7. Add 8-9 oz of the cheddar cheese and cook until melted.
8. Add cheese sauce and ziti together.
9. Put the stewed tomatoes into the bottom of a 2 qt casserole and pour the ziti mixture on top.
10. Add the remaining cheddar on top and panko, if desired. Bake for 20 minutes.
